When a freak accident implants radioactive material into one of their unborn twin sons, Carl and Evelyn Tughy have no way of knowing just how serious-and powerful-the repercussions will be. The Tughy family struggles to determine how Jay should best use his gift to serve humanity until Jay witnesses a bank robbery and uses his QNE to infiltrate the mind of the perpetrator. Suddenly, the whole Tughy family is plunged into the fight for justice as Jay discovers just how gifted he really is-and how much responsibility this power brings.
