This paragon will emerge as a vehicle that can help resolve several of the contemporary social problems and economic ills. By merging the two into a single stratum, The Think Tank will serve as a job creator, rather than, a mere referral agency. The synergy of the Social Enterprise will command a paradigm shift from isolation and sequestration to wellness and wholeness.The Midwest Minority Think Tank for Public Policy, Leadership, and Service, LLC (The Think Tank) will foster collaboration formations between the public sector and the private sector. This construct will benefit private citizens. The Think Tank shall fulfill the centric role through the establishment of the Social Enterprise. The Think Tank shall serve as the mechanism that can assemble resources as well as distribute resources, while administering long-term oversight of the Social Enterprise. The Think Tank shall oversee the daily operations for governance, instruction, recruitment, development, and growth of the Social Enterprise. The Think Tank shall also administer guidance for the business incubator, the brand development, and the launch of each new startup venture.
