Aided by a list of prophesies left to him by a mysterious friend, teenager Iqbal Smith's astronomer father, Jock, discovers that the Earth is about to suffer the same fate as the dinosaurs millions of years before. Jock seeks the help of the most powerful man on the planet, the President of the USA, and together, they formulate a plan. Young Iqbal is thrust unwittingly into circumstances that would be the end of anyone without his immense courage, positivity, and creativity, and aided by more than his share of good fortune, they take off with 200 specially chosen survivors in search of a new world. Iqbal joins forces with Roly, a half crazy Texan stowaway, Chastity, the feisty daughter of the president, and Albert, the eccentric British genius son of one of the leaders of the expedition. Together, they do what they can to save the human race from extinction at the hands of the evil dictator, Van Demon.
