Due to the deterioration of ecology as a result of the development of industryand technology, the demand of mankind for natural products and assortments isincreasing. The development of food industry, safety, and product processingtechnologies plays an important role in meeting this need. Therefore, sustainabledevelopment of local food and raw material production, delivery of safe and high-quality food products to the market in an assortment established by consumptionnorms remains one of the main tasks. In our country, the main attention was paidto achieving food safety and forming this branch industry at the level of availableopportunities, and today it is becoming one of the leading branches of oureconomy. Special attention is being paid to ensuring food safety, filling thedomestic market with quality food products, modernizing production, launchingnew capacities, and developing import substitute products. The measures taken toencourage and support modernization and diversification of production ensure thegrowth of food production.
