She was employed as a government employee with the position of Human Resource Management Officer III of Pag-IBIG FUND Butuan Branch Office for 23 years. The paper garnered 2nd place Best Paper in Business and Governance category during the 6th Taiwan-Philippines International Academe Conference in Cebu City last February 4, 2014.
