Popcorn goes beyond the traditional methods of analyzing human behavior. Popcorn examines the impact of metaphysical influences, including spiritual attacks, spiritual attachments, possession states, trance states, and the impact of mass unconscious and conscious thought forms, to explain all ill-behavior and mistreatment of others, including racism, abuse in the workplace, attacks in relationships, family feuds, and national-global political conflicts. Popcorn also takes a close examination of ill-behavior in the black community. Evans Cooper uses the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and other metaphysical teachers to go beyond psychological and sociological analyses. The premise of Popcorn is this: All ill-behavior and mistreatment of others are the absolute result of spiritual contamination and psychic takeovers, and this phenomenon must not only be examined, but also incorporated into every explication of human interaction to gain the most comprehensive understanding of why so many human beings behave in such a disrespectful, toxic, reactionary, vicious, combative, manipulative, hurtful, hostile, destructive, and unloving way.
