The objective of this research is to discover new scenarios to carry out the processes of recruitment and selection of personnel, based on the fact that these two processes are quite relevant for the success of a company, since this is where it is decided who are the best candidates to join the organization, and help it to achieve better growth, as well as a sustainable organizational change and development. We will focus on explaining a new method, which serves as a primary tool to develop these processes, called: "ADIZES Method", developed by Dr. Ishak Adizes (Adizes Institute), and implemented by the University of California (UCLA, 2000). The technique that this method teaches us is based on the discovery of the skills, characteristics, attitudes, aptitudes, knowledge and abilities that candidates for a position in an organization possess, and that allow the recruitment and selection manager to make better decisions to determine who are the best candidates to fill a position within the organization.
