Linda’s desire is not only to remember Hailey Owens and her life, but to raise an awareness of the need for child safety and to bring it back as the number one priority in our homes and school. It is our responsibility to equip them with safety rules and guidelines. Hailey did nothing wrong the day she was kidnapped and her life was taken. She was only doing what all little girls and boys like to do, playing and having fun. It is Hailey’s wish that all children be safer and smile their way through life.
