Christian bible study classes and church officials teach and preach about the Hebrew people and their faith as the foundation for the coming of Jesus Christ. The Holy Bible begins with the Hebrew Holy Scriptures titled the Old Testament which provides a deep understanding of the two faiths and how they relate to each other. This book is mostly about the “what and how” of the two faiths and less of the “who and when.” The chapter subjects are viewed from both faiths allowing the reader to grasp the fullness of his religion. The “My View” paragraphs allow the author to share his personal view on the subject with the reader. Many chapters begin with a prologue and definitions specific to the chapter’s subject. There are three series of chapters. The first are definitions, descriptions, and comparisons between the Hebrew and Christian terms and concepts. The second series describes the unique aspects of the Hebrew faith, and the third describes the unique aspects of the Christian faith.
