Our littlest generation is not immune to stress, and therefore have a real need for guidance. Essential oils and aromatherapy can be a helpful adjunct to their wellness plan. The more therapeutic use of essential oils needs to be completed after a one on one consultation with an experienced aromatherapist. I believe first and foremost in safe use.
