I'm on a mission to help as many people I can who wants Emergency Health! Right now! It's not about me but us, and whoever wants to live a HEALTHY and ENERGETIC life, like me at 71, I'm taking you on a JOURNEY BACK TO OUR WAY OF EATING FROM THE BEGINNING. I'm SICK AND TIRE OF PEOPLE BEING SICK AND TIRE. I've seen too many of my friends and family pass-on at an early age from High Blood pressure, Diabetes, different types of Cancer, Heart Attack and Kidney problems, it's personal for me. A Journey back to the Garden, is all about the goals people should be working toward getting back to. During our body's growth we are strictly a liquid eater from birth, until our parents thought our bodies could take solid foods. The issues we face in our later years are simply the issues our parents created for us, and all without intending to. As we get older our bodies tend to breakdown, and become frail then we begin getting sick, walking outside of our graves living until our bodies can't take anymore. The goal is simple, the journey might seem hard upon starting but the end results are all worth the battle. In this workbook we will begin to journal our bad habits, into good habits and make them a part of our everyday lifestyles. We will be learning the causes, preventions and the remedies of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Heart Disease, Cancer and many more Chronic Illness.
