The girls, the drinks, the fights and the friends that followed, have made a profound change to mypersonality and I have become the idiot that people now know today. This hasoffended many people and lost me as many friends as I have gained, but Iwouldn't change a thing and hope this story keeps you wanting more.The story is a factually accurate account of how a slightly cocky 19yr old left home, his family & friends and headed for the big smoke. There was a determination toenjoy everything University had to offer, but it came at cost in financial terms anddefinitely how I acted for many years will shock those who know me closest. But, times were different back then and in this honest account it clearly displays thereality of student life and how I in particular chose to live it. I may not make thesame decision now looking back, but the journey is far too funny not to be shared.So taking judgement out of your thinking, just sit back and enjoy the ride.The story is totally accurate and comes from many years trying to describe thestupidity of that first year at Leeds Metropolitan University. It is not grammaticallyaccurate or even structured correctly as a book.
