By taking the stories in an entirely different direction from the originals, she makes them refreshing and new. The stories are written from a boy's perspective because there is not a lot of tales for boys. The original stories she read and cherished when she was a child. She hopes her new take will endure the test of time as well as the classic tales. About the Author Muron Foley was the youngest of five children. Her mother was a yoga instructor and her father was a teacher. She is a divorced mother of three adult children. She was raised in Spokane, Washington, and continues to live there. Now retired, she is writing and illustrating books with her youngest daughter.
